Join us for the Open Goat Show at the Fentress County Fair — a showcase of the finest goats in the region, with over $4,400 in premiums offered!

Jr. Show: 5:00 PM
Open Show: 6:00 PM
📍 Location: Fentress County Fairgrounds
🎟 Entry Fee: $2.00 per goat (covers both Jr. & Open Shows)
🎉 Admission: One person per goat, per carload gets in FREE
📌 Rules Highlights:
Open to Tennessee residents only
Jr. Show is for Fentress County youth only (4-H, FFA, etc.)
Health papers and scrapie tags required
Goats must be registered by 5:00 PM (4-H) or 5:30 PM (Open Show) — No exceptions
🐐 Jr. Show Classes Include:
Nigerian Dwarf, Nubian, Alpine, Boer, Meat Goat, Pigmy, TN Fainting Goat, and more!
🏆 Awards:
Blue, Red, and White ribbons for each age class
Trophies for Grand & Reserve Champions in Doe, Buck, and Wether categories
“Time to Shine” class for special needs individuals
