👑 Who Can Enter:

Girls ages 7–9 years old (must be 7 but not 10 by August 19, 2025)

Must be a resident of Fentress County or attend a Fentress County School for at least 6 months

Must be female at birth and currently female

Previous winners in this category are not eligible

💃 Contestants will be judged on:

Beauty

Personality

Poise
👗 Dress may be long or short in length.

📅 Entry Deadline: Friday, August 13, 2024 by 3:00 PM at Trustee’s Office
📄 Entry forms available at Trustee’s Office, Union Bank, or from any committee member

🎤 Winner will represent Fentress County Fair at various events throughout the year!
