Birth Prep Crash Course

This class aids in the discovery of you and your partner's communication style, expectations, and understanding about the options available to you during pregnancy and birth. This is a unique approach to envisioning your birth experience which assists in setting healthy expectations for your desired birth. You and your partner will gain understanding of the anatomy and physiology of childbirth, relaxation methods and comfort techniques that aim to prepare you for a positive birth experience.

Please wear something comfortable as this class is interactive and we will be moving around. Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated!

We will break for lunch (on your own) from 12:30 - 1:30 pm
