Arm Balance Workshop

In this dynamic and hands-on workshop, we’ll explore the world of arm balances—empowering postures that challenge your core, arms, and coordination. Whether you're an aerialist, a yogi, or someone looking to enhance their overall strength, this class is designed to build confidence and strength in poses like crow, chin stand, side crow, and more.

For aerialists, arm balance training offers specific benefits that can elevate your aerial practice. The control and body awareness gained through arm balances directly translate to better performance in the air, helping you execute moves with precision and fluidity. By building wrist, shoulder, and core strength, you’ll develop the stability needed for holding positions on silks, lyra, trapeze, and more. Additionally, the mental focus and balance you cultivate on the ground will help you boost your confidence while performing complex aerial maneuvers.

This class is open to everyone ages 13 and up - there are no prerequisites, and you don't have to be an aerialist! This workshop is ideal for aerialists and anyone curious about arm balances or looking to deepen their practice with playful yet challenging poses. Whether you're new to arm balancing or have some experience, this workshop will provide the tools to take your aerial skills to the next level. Join us to strengthen your foundation both on the mat and in the air, and discover the power and control that arm balances can bring to your aerial practice!

This workshop is $20 for non-members and $18 for members.
