Join us for an inspiring session with stories and insights from local farmers Apolo Cátala, Pat Spence, and Marcos Beleche—visionaries who are shaping our food system and feeding our community while steadily weaving sustainability into our local food streams. In addition, Marcos Beleche will demonstrate how to cook and enjoy often-overlooked edible garden weeds—helping you diversify your diet and make the most of nature’s free, nutritious offerings!
