Join us every Thursday from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM for Art Therapy sessions led by our talented instructor, Marla.

These sessions create a safe and supportive space for self-expression, healing, and growth through creativity. Whether you’re experienced in art or just beginning, you’ll have the chance to explore different mediums, release stress, and connect with others on the journey of transformation.
