Curated and facilitated by me as founder director of Breathing Space India – The Arts Collective (Jaipur), this intensive programme blends self-exploration, creative discipline, and professional rigor.
Participants will engage in improvisations, movement, voice, text, and ensemble exercises that nurture spontaneity and emotional honesty. Through a balance of guided practice and play, you’ll learn how to discover your inner actor, build confidence, and collaborate within a performance space.
