You can even apply on the spot to become a homeowner! If interested in applying, please bring the following materials with you:

- Current ID
- Social security number
- 1 month of paystubs or employment letter
- Last 2 years’ W2s
- Last 2 years’ tax returns
- 2 most recent monthly bank statements
- $80 application fee (debit/credit)
- If self employed / gig worker, bring your most recent year profit and loss statements and EIN, if you have one

It will take about 1 hour to complete an application with a specialist
