A fun, energizing 3-mile walk with HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) checkpoints designed for every fitness level. We’re bringing the energy, movement, and community vibes — all we need is YOU! Grab a friend, show up ready to move, and let’s start the weekend strong.
