Calling All Vendors! Be Part of the Run Up for Heroes 5K + Fall Festival

Join us Saturday, October 11, 2025, at the legendary USS Orleck Naval Museum in Downtown Jacksonville as we celebrate the 250th Anniversary of the U.S. Navy with a powerful 5K and a family-friendly Fall Festival — all to support housing for Jacksonville’s homeless veterans.

Hosted by Helping Hands for Heroes, a veteran-led nonprofit, this event is expected to draw 1,000+ attendees with something for everyone: runners, families, kids, and community partners.

Location: USS Orleck Naval Museum, Downtown Jacksonville

Date: Saturday, October 11, 2025

Load-In: Begins at 6:00 AM sharp! Must be fully set up by 7:30 AM

Booth Size: 10’ x 10’ (Bring your own tent, table, and chairs. Each tent leg must be weighted with at least 20 lbs.)

• Scenic 5K along the St. Johns River
• Live music, food trucks, fall festival fun
• Kids’ costume contest with prizes
• Appearances by Jax Legends, ROAR of the Jags & more
