This cooking class teaches you to roll sushi like a functioning adult even if your fridge currently contains one sad avocado and three kinds of hot sauce. You’ll make a classic California roll and a crispy sweet potato roll (yes, cream cheese is involved and yes, it slaps). You’ll learn actual skills and eat what you make with your newfound friends.
