Salt Cave Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga is a soothing and therapeutic practice that fosters deep relaxation and healing. Through gentle, supported poses held for extended periods, this class helps the body release tension and regain balance. Emphasizing breath, mindfulness, and relaxation, Restorative Yoga creates a calm, nurturing experience that alleviates stress, enhances flexibility, and restores energy. Suitable for all levels, it offers a tranquil space to unwind and reconnect with both body and mind.

Jayme Boulware (she/her) is a 500 Hr RYT yoga instructor specializing in Trauma Informed Techniques. She started teaching Vinyasa Yoga in 2011, and has since expanded her teaching into other styles including restorative yoga, yoga nidra, meditation and breathwork. For the past decade she has also taught yoga to people experiencing incarceration, substance abuse recovery and At Hope youth. Her passion resides in bringing these practices to the people of her hometown of Jacksonville, Fl. She currently teaches a weekly Restorative Class at Soluna Yoga and Spa, and enjoys holding space for women’s circles, ecstatic dance, and sound baths. She is a full time School Counselor, and loving mother.
