Istanbul Center invites you to join our Cooking Class & Luncheon. It will be on Saturday January 10 from 11am to 1pm. A delicious salad made with eggplant, green lentils, sun-dried tomatoes, and carefully selected spices. Light yet satisfying, it brings a refined and flavorful touch to the table. The program is open to public with registration. The cost is $15 per person.
