Einstein A Go-Go 40th Reunion

A two-day celebration of the 40th anniversary of Einstein A Go-Go's opening will take place Oct. 10 and Oct. 11 at The Albatross in downtown Jacksonville.

Friday night is a throwback Dance Night featuring DJ Ricky Hattaway spinning all your favorite alternative, indie, grunge, shoegaze, new wave and more.

Saturday nights is the 40th Reunion Concert featuring a triple bill of RickoLus, The Cadets and The North Riverside Allstars, an EAGG supergroup with members of Beggar Weeds, Hazeldine, Rein Sanction, Stevie Stilletto & the Switchblades and more Jacksonville musical luminaries.

Tickets for each night are available at http://www.TheAlbatrossJax.com, or you can get a discounted two-day pass. Proceeds from the weekend's events will go to local charities.
