"Let your vision be as sharp as the hawk's, and your focus as unwavering as its dive".

Join us for a weekly run/walk to shake off the Monday blues and get moving toward our End-of-Summer Reverse Triathlon. All paces welcome — no pressure, just progress.

When: Mondays, 6:30 PM
Start/Finish: ZenCog Bicycle Company
Distance: Full 5K loop or ~2.5K half-loop option
Cost: Free
