Join the Museum of Science & History (MOSH) as we celebrate more than 83 years of inspiring curiosity and discovery in Jacksonville.Legacy of Wonder is a special community event honoring the legacy of our current location before we temporarily close our doors and begin construction on a new, state-of-the-art museum on the Northbank of the St. Johns River in downtown Jacksonville. This celebration is a heartfelt tribute to our past, a joyful look ahead to our future, and above all, a celebration of the community that has supported our mission and organization every step of the way.

Live Music – Enjoy performances from local artists.

Memory Lane – Share your favorite MOSH memories and stories. Celebrate the legacy of our current space before we begin a bold new chapter through collections highlights and stories.

Sneak Peek – Get an exclusive look at concepts for the new museum with a presentation from MOSH CEO, Dr. Alistair Dove.

Hands-On Activities – Fun and engaging experiences for all age groups including crafts, experiments, and live shows.Local Partnerships- Experience local food trucks and explore offerings from community vendors.
