Ancestral Voices: Roots of Remembrance ✨🙏✨
Please join us as we commune in song, stories and presence to honor the ones who came before us- those whose hearts beat within our own and all our relations. Together we will listen for the whispers of the unseen, singing gratitude for the life that continues through us as earth and lineage of the living spirit in all things that connects all beings.
✨Doors open at 5pm. Music will begin promptly at 5:15. Please arrive early to find your place in the circle and ground into the space. We invite you to enjoy a warm cup of tea as we settle in together. There are some loaner instruments available, however, you may bring some of your choosing!
✨We invite you to bring a picture or small memento to place on the community altar in honor of your beloved ancestor(s).
✨We invite you to prepare a personal share (poem, song or instrumental jam; Originals and covers are welcome, however please limit shares to 5 minutes to allow time for others to partake.
✨A suggested donation of $10-$15 per person/family is greatly appreciated, but no one is turned away for lack of funds. Every donation goes toward paying for venue space, event materials and becoming a non-profit so we can bring the medicine of music to places where it is needed most.
✨Our sober, family friendly gatherings welcome all no matter their skill level. We aim for inspiration and reflection. Not perfection!
✨There is free and ample parking, and a handicap accessible ramp, however- please let us know if you may need extra assistance.
