If the world were a mirror, what would it reflect back to you? What stories, scars, or silent truths would it tell?

In this transformative Dear Black Girl workshop, Am I The Trauma?, we’ll explore the reflections we see—and the ones we hide. Together, we’ll unpack the ways our pain, patterns, and perspectives shape how we show up in the world and in our relationships. Through honest conversation and guided self-reflection, we’ll confront the question: Am I the trauma, Am I just Pretty and Petty, or am I simply a mirror of what I’ve survived?
