2024/2025 FLA Season Sister's Creek 2 of 3 Season Opener - Event 1
Our first tournament for the season will be out of the Sisters Creek ramp on Sept 6th a slam. All teams must check in (Have your team #) at the ramp or text Ryan Auclair your boat number at 904-228-0211 to be entered in the tourney. Check in will be located near Ryan green Hewes 16 in the parking lot. Optional Tourney within a tourney will be offered then ($50 cash buy in). Safe light will be at 6:42 am and odd numbered teams will go first with even numbered teams following 2 minutes behind. An air horn will signal the start. The staging area will be the bridge fenders to the south and the concrete bulkhead of the ramp to the north. You must be back inside the same starting area by 3pm or you will be DQ'd. Weigh-in will begin at 3:20 PM.
Redfish must measure 18 to 27 inches, Seatrout a minimum of 15 inches and the flounder a minimum of 14 inches. Any dead fish at the scales will have a 1 lbs penalty. Remember 3 fish beats 2 in the point total regardless of weight.
All weighed fish must be presented at the release dock after weigh-in so the official can verify any live fish swims away, or you will lose your release points (2 points per fish). Any fish that is dead at the scale, may be kept, and you will lose the release points for that fish as well. 5 Bonus points will be added to each team's season points score for weighing a slam.
Lifejackets and K*ll switch on when the big motor is running. Common water safety rules must be followed at all times. No passing in minimum or no wake zones. No boundaries, except running or fishing in the ocean (past inlet's jetty).

Any teams registering after 2pm on Friday the 5th, will receive a team number at check-in.
If this is your 1st time fishing with the FLA, we encourage you to arrive by 615am so you have plenty of time to check in and launch. Typical practice is to park, check in, prepare your boat, and then launch. Please know your team number and have exact change if your plan to put in on the Calcutta to speed up tournament check-in and weigh-in.
As announced at the captain's meeting, we are providing 1x weigh bag per team included in your membership. Please bring another weight back with you, as our custom bags may not be ready by tournament day.
