15 HR Yin Yoga Teacher Training

Study the principles of Yin Yoga, including anatomy, energetic pathways, and the meditative aspects of long-held postures. Ideal for yoga teachers and dedicated students, you'll learn how to safely guide others through deeply nourishing practices.

This training is a stand-alone continuing education experience. It does not count toward a 200- or 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training program and is not eligible for Yoga Alliance (YA) Continuing Education Units (CEUs).
