Soule'.coffee Culinary Arts Series presents Greg Glass

Join us for a story of food experience. A 5 course tasting menu by Chef Greg Glass . Chef Greg is a foodways advocate with decades of scholarship in culinary arts and concept design. Chef Greg has worked and studied in Austin, TX, Italy, Mexico, Ecuador, and Jackson, MS.

He is the author of two books; the first being a memoir; YaadBird: The Cook's Book, volume one: The Gospel, chronicling how he came to love, and more importantly understand food. He is also a culinary consultant and the founder of the non profit South of the People.

Chef Greg believes that food is the most effective way to communicate. "Your anger, your passion, and your love can be exchanged in one bite."

"Food can do many things. It should always, if nothing else, make you feel something."
