Slow Flow Candlelit Pilates 🕯️

Join me for an intentionally small, calming Pilates experience designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect after the busy start of the year.
This class will be a slow, flowing Pilates session focused on breath, mobility, gentle strength, and nervous-system calming — all practiced in a soft candlelit setting. Expect smooth transitions, mindful movement, and plenty of time to move with intention.
After class, you’ll be invited to linger and unwind with a warm cup of tea and a make-and-take Epsom salt bath soak to bring the calm home with you.
