Join us for an evening to recalibrate and prepare for the week ahead! Sacred Sundays will be a culmination of Yoga Nidra, Sound Healing, Shamanic Drumming, Somatic Breathwork, Movement Medicine and opportunities to connect within community as we are held and witnessed in the truest sense of sacred space.
