🏃♀️ Launch Night! Join us Thursday, September 4 at 5:30 PM for the very first session of Yoga for Runners — a brand new weekly class at Amity Yoga.
This class is taught by Anna Bergmark (for all you Jacksonians, you may know her as Annie Stoverink 😉).
Each week you’ll:
🧘 Start with 35–40 minutes of yoga for hips, core, glutes & more
🎓 Learn a simple running (or walking!) tip or technique to practice
👟 Head out for 30 minutes of movement on a mapped-out route near the studio - run, walk, or a mix of both is totally welcome!!
Whether you’re new to yoga, new to running, a dedicated walker, or you’ve been moving for years - this class is designed to help you feel strong, supported, and ready to stride into your week.
