Please note that a parent/guardian must attend with your student or ensure that all online forms are completed, and payment is ready for their JPEC device. If forms are not completed, and the student is not 18, they will not receive their device or their schedule.

How to speed through Orientation!
Fill out your Title 1 form fully prior to Orientation! (It's the paper you received in your Orientation mailing. If you did not receive it, please contact our front desk staff as soon as possible! One has been attached to this email as well.) This paper is your ticket to get in the door! If you do not have this paper filled out, you will be asked to do so prior to going to the next station.
Complete all your PowerSchool forms prior to Orientation! We will check to ensure all forms are complete; if they are not, we will ask you to complete them before moving on to the next station. Please call our front desk staff for any login help, questions, or concerns! Step-by-step instructions on how to complete your forms can be found attached to this email.
Pay your AUP over the phone prior! We take debit/credit cards over the phone and on-site. Call during business hours (9:00 am-2:00 pm, Monday-Thursday), 517-705-5732, OR have your exact change or check ready to go during Orientation! AUP fees are $75.00 per student. Make checks payable to JPEC or Jackson Preparatory & Early College.
Students will be getting their photos taken for student IDs. We have partnered with Jostens Photography. Create a parent login with the information attached to this email! Please note that this will serve as their school photo, so please dress appropriately. Middle school students DO NOT have to be in uniform for pictures.
Important note:
Please ensure your students’ immunizations or waivers are up to date before THE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL. If they are not, please schedule an appointment with a health care provider to complete immunizations or an appointment with the health department for an updated waiver. Appointments will go FAST with the first day of school approaching! Students who are not up to date will not be allowed to attend classes on the first day of school per state law.
