Community Breathwork with Adventure Within Therapy

Come relax and journey inward through breathwork in an amazing plant shop in Jackson TN!

This will be a ceremonial community breathwork experience. We will begin by checking in and setting an intention for the practice. Renée Roark of Adventure Within Therapy will then guide attendees through a relaxing and expansive breathwork journey. We will end and ground ourselves by sharing reflections on our experience and enjoying some vegan dark chocolate provided.

Please come with a yoga mat, blanket, and water and wear comfy clothes. It is best not to eat a big meal within the two hours prior to doing breathwork.
