Stress Management for Parents

Join us for the next in our series of Talks for (new) parent support and Q&A with LCS coach Eszter. In this online talk you will learn:

- what stress is
- how to manage stress
- specific exercises to release stress from our body

This online talk will be given by Eszter B. Szabo who mainly works on mindset and emotional management. Eszter has worked with over 100 mums from all over the world, helping them create their own unique ways in motherhood.
