some extent it may be true. However, when it comes to
burn-out prevention, there are some areas that remain in our
control. It is important to be aware of them.
In this interactive workshop we will look into:

*** Alarm signals warning of a potential burn-out
*** Beliefs and Behaviours that put a person at risk of
developing a burn-out
*** Ways to listen to your body
*** Items related to burn-out prevention that are in your
control
*** Guilt around developing a burn-out

Gabriela Doicaru-Spencer is a certified coach who helps
expats balance their wellbeing, be it personal or professional.
She does one-to-one coaching as well as public and
corporate workshops and she is a facilitator and trainer of
laughter yoga, a practice which enables positive emotions
and wellbeing through intentional laughter.
