Get ready to unwind, explore your creativity, and experience the therapeutic power of colors! Hosted by Samuel López-Lago, this Brusselaxation practical workshop offers a unique blend of relaxation and artistic expression in the heart of Brussels.
This special workshop includes:
✅ A copy of Brusselaxation book (poetry and mandalas) signed by the author.
✅ A talk and factsheet to deepen your understanding of the benefits of mindful coloring.
✅ A mandala coloring session for awakening your inner artist including an open bar of colors (pencils, markers…), all the materials that you might need at your fingertips!
💆🏽♀️ Whether you’re seeking a peaceful break from the daily rush or a new way to express yourself, this workshop is for you. No prior artistic experience is needed — just bring your curiosity and willingness to relax.
✍🏽 About the Author: Samuel López-Lago is an official at the European Commission and a speaker and advisor for UNESCO’s Body and Mind Wellness program. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (UM) and Arts (UEx), as well as a Master’s degree in Mindfulness Meditation (UI1) and Design (UCO). As an artist, Samuel’s work has been showcased at Expo 2020 Dubai and Expo 2025 Osaka, and in prestigious venues such as Spain’s National Crafts Awards, the Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía, and in the collections of the Royal Family of Spain. As an author, he has published seven books, including creativity guides, essays, and children’s literature.
