7月の金剛寺坐禅会

令和7年7月の金剛寺坐禅会のご案内です。

はじめに身体を使った体操、ボディワークを行います。

その後、坐禅のやり方を説明し、20分間坐禅を行います。

最後に参加者みなさんでお経を読み、お経部分の解説を座談会形式で行います。

初めての方、どなたでもご参加下さい。
膝の悪い方は椅子での坐禅も出来ます。

日時→令和7年7月27日（日）午前8時〜9時

場所→静岡県磐田市見付2749-1 曹洞宗金剛寺本堂

会費→無し

申込み→不要。当日、時間までにお越し下さい。

服装→ズボンはゆったりしたもの
