During this 90-minute sound bath you’ll be guided into deep relaxation through the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls chimes gong and other soothing instruments. As you settle into stillness the layered vibrations will help calm your nervous system quiet the mind and invite balance throughout your body. This is a time for rest reflection and self-care — a chance to recharge your energy and illuminate the path toward fullness and intention. All you need to do is arrive get comfortable and allow the glow of sound to nurture and restore you.

You will leave this experience feeling refreshed recharged and deeply aligned. Embrace this sacred time to rise into your fullest most radiant self.

Yoga Mats blankets and bolsters are provided! Just bring yourself and anything else you need for comfort!
