Issaquah Alps Trail Running Club #199

Meet at the east sunset way trailhead. Join us after the run for our weekly potluck. Bring a preferably savory potluck dish with a serving utensils, and your own dish and utensil.

Route: This 7 mile route starts at the East Sunset Way trail on Tiger, and features rolling upward hills for the first 3 miles. It then transitions to a gravel trail, that is the perfect grade for 2 mile personal best. It's 800 ft of total vert, and takes 1:15 to 1:20 to finish.
