A day of reflection: Grief guidance from Thanatologist Michelle Desmond, somatic release by Shanyn Emerson, art therapy with Ashley James, sound bath with gongs by Wayne Marto, bio-energy aura clearing from Molly Grove and community. Gourmet lunch and snacks included from Wilde Root Provisions. Hosted in a forest retreat center with access to nature trails.
