The Joy of Being Acoustic
Event Details
Join Zach Bolen and Brian Eichelberger of Citizens for an exclusive and rare acoustic performance of songs from The Joy of Being. In 2019 the band set out to make a record in 3 parts. First, a recording of all the songs with just their iphones. Second, to travel around to cities and sing these songs in the spaces that you gather in. Third, release a studio version of those songs. Unfortunately, part 2 was never realized due to Covid. 5 years later, Citizens is eager to finally make good on that dream as they perform songs from The Joy of Being era in select cities across the US.
