Wildwood Drive is excited to announce that we will be back at The Island Lake Lions Club 66th Annual Cornfest, Sunday August 17th at Water tower Park, from 12:00pm to 6:00pm, (ok, until the beer is gone). We will be joined, once again, by our musical friends Blindlogic and Blindspot. The fest will have FREE corn, a beer tent, food served up by The Lioness Club, Games for all ages, Raffles, Corn eating contest and of course live music all afternoon!
The Lion's Club is a Non-Profit Organization that provides vision and hearing services for Island Lake residents and much, much more. They truly are a staple of the community! Their mission is to empower volunteers to serve their communities, meet humanitarian needs, encourage peace, and promote international understanding through Lions clubs. The Lions motto is "We Serve"
Please come out and support this amazing group of people. They always show the community a good time!
Wildwood Drive will start things off at noon followed by Blind Logic at 2pm. Then Blindspot will finish us up at 4pm. (again, until the beer is gone!)
