Keys to Hope Coffee and Connections (Islamorada)

Join us for a warm and supportive in-person gathering designed for bereaved families. This is a safe space to connect with others who understand, share strategies for coping with grief, and navigate the social and emotional challenges that arise during Back to School and beyond.

What We'll Discuss:

• Processing Grief: Learn tools and resources to manage your grief during a challenging time.
• Navigating Back to School: We'll address common questions and situations loss families face.
• Honoring Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month: Explore ways to remember your precious child in October.
• Moving Forward, Not Moving On: Gain insights on finding a path forward with your grief.

This is a fluid event: We'll share helpful information and hold space for you to share your story or simply be present. It moves at everyone's comfort level.

Who Should Attend: Loss moms (no matter the child's age) and their support systems, and anyone seeking a safe space to connect with others who understand. This is a small and intimate group.
