Colorful Cooking Class

Tweens and Teens (Ages 10-17) are invited to learn how to make Summer Rolls at the Library with the Marquette Food Co-op. This light and flavorful dish is made with an assortment of fresh veggies and herbs in rice paper. The rolls are paired with peanut sauce (allergy friendly options can be made available). Think of this dish like a handheld salad! This program will wrap-up with a chance to visit with your friends and eat your dish! Space is limited and registration is required!
