1. NOMINATE one of your employees for Employee of the Year
Each member business may nominate one employee for Employee of the Year.
All nominees will be recognized and one nominee will be chosen as Employee of the Year.
The nomination form is due Tuesday, 10/14/25. Late entries not accepted.
2. INVITE your employees to ATTEND the recognition luncheon
$20/person. The buffet will be served from 11:30am-1:00pm to allow employees to attend in shifts.
Please register your number attending by Wednesday, 11/12/25.
3. CONTRIBUTE a sponsorship or gift basket item
a. Event Sponsor: $150.00 (Limit 4)
Your contribution supports the meal, nominee recognition, and Employee of the Year gift.
Recognition: Logo on promotional materials (print, social, web) and business highlight at the event.
PLEASE REGISTER BY SEPTEMBER 30 to optimize promotional value.
b. Winner Gift Contribution:
Contribute a gift card or gift item for the Employee of the Year gift basket by Wed.,11/12/25. Call to schedule drop off.
