Super Soul Sunday with Stephanie Edoff

This 90-minute class is designed to nourish your Mind Body & Spirit. It will take you on a journey to discover a deeper connection with yourself and yoga. What does your soul crave? What is it that makes you feel whole? What have you been carrying inside that you are ready to release? We are here to guide you with breathwork, meditation and gentle movement. You have the wisdom and grace already within you, let us help you tune into it. Please bring a journal and any other items that bring you comfort. This class is designed for all levels. Please note this class will be integrating sage and/or incense as well as some healing stones.
