Event Highlight: Live Tuna Cutting Show — Direct from Japan!
One of the most anticipated highlights of Umami SummerFest is the Live Tuna Cutting Show, featuring a whole bluefin tuna flown in directly from Japan. This impressive demonstration will take place once a day, showcasing the traditional Japanese art of expertly breaking down a massive tuna right before your eyes.
Following the show, you'll have the rare opportunity to enjoy freshly prepared tuna bowls (maguro-don) made from the very same fish — a true taste of Japan's finest seafood.
VIP ticket holders will receive one complimentary tuna bowl as part of their exclusive festival experience.
