You’ll dive into the fundamentals of aerial technique, learn how to move safely and stylishly with a partner, and leave with a few gravity-defying moves that’ll wow the jam circle. Perfect for performers, competitors, or anyone who’s ever dreamed of going airborne during a swing-out.
