Join us for a class, in partnership with Hoag, focused on transitioning from employer coverage to Medicare!

You will learn when and how to enroll in Medicare, how employer coverage affects Medicare eligibility, and the importance of timing to avoid penalties. We will also review required documents, and the steps you’ll need to take when transitioning from your employer-sponsored health plan to Medicare.
