Aquatic Vegetation Identification - Native & Invasive

Join us for an educational event focused on aquatic vegetation identification, where participants will learn how to recognize both native and invasive plant species found in Michigan's lakes. This program is a collaboration between the Mason-Lake Conservation District, MSU Extension, and the Bass Lakes Area Environmental Partnership. There will be a Diver Assisted Suction Harvest (DASH) boat demonstration at the Big Bass Lake boat launch to show one of the methods used to manage invasive aquatic plants.
