White Belt Only Class - The 🔺

Our White Belt Only class is back this month!

So far, we’ve covered topics like passing, sweeping, and positional escapes. Next up: one of the highest percentage finishes in the sport — the Triangle.

Join us for a morning session where we’ll break down the submission, explore various setups to enter it, and look at how your opponent’s defenses can create opportunities for other submissions.

This event is FREE and open to all clubs. We also welcome any coaches who’d like to accompany their students and assist in facilitating on the day.
