As a mindset and performance coach I specialise in helping riders access more of their own ability from their session to take forward in their training. Train to bring out the best in you to bring out the best in your horse.

Private sessions £ 40 / 30 mins
Group session £40 / 1 hr max groups of 3

EQ Bands Private or Shared Session £85 / private 1 hour, £65 pp shared (1hr)
