Sunset Yoga at Crane Beach

We are happy to offer Sunset Yoga at Crane Beach again this year, in partnership with The Ipswich Family YMCA!

The program will be gentle Vinyasa yoga on the beach leading up to sunset. It will be a restful, calming class with a focus on the breath and gentle movement.

Please bring a beach towel or blanket, and water with you.

This program is free to the community, and requires no advanced registration.

Let the gate know you’re there for YMCA beach yoga. You may come 15 minutes before class time. Class will take place down the path from the picnic tables and off to the left.
