Regional Prep Working Group

We have few jobs to do at Coastal in preparation for the Regional, we are hoping with a few helpers we can get things quick quickly. List of jobs are:

Erect Gazebo for scrutineering
Hoover leaves off the track
lay out track for the Regional
Mark Starting grid slots, penalty and pull off areas.
Strim and Cut back nettles and growth along the lane
Strim weeds on the steps and around the track (or if somebody could W**d K*ll them before hand)
Clean toilets and Kitchen, restock Tea and Coffee.
Cut back the remains of the fallen tree in the lane.
