Northern Lights are launching their new single “Leave Me Be” at The Witch Hotel on Saturday the 12th of July.
Northern Lights are returning to the place where it all began to launch their first single with their new lineup. The band played their first show at this very venue 8 years ago. It’s also where they launched their debut EP “Happy” and where frontman Dustin Schmidt played his very first show as a teenager, so The Witch Hotel holds a lot of significance for the band.
“Leave Me Be” is the first new piece of music the band has released in quite some time and Northern Lights are bringing out all the stops to celebrate. Joining them on this momentous occasion are the high energy, rowdy punk rockers Tawny Hawk and the eclectic and hilarious folk punk stylings of Canny and Hall.
Fresh from the "Spill The T" tour across New South Wales and Queensland, Tawny Hawk are going stronger than ever. Their music will have you on your feet and ready to rock out.
Canny and Hall are riding high after releasing four new singles over the past few months as well as launching their acclaimed zine, with the new issue available for free at this show! They’ll have you singing along and laughing yourselves silly with their catchy and poignant music.
Get ready for a fun, memorable night of original music and the chance to immerse yourself in the wealth of talent the local music scene has to offer. The kitchen’s open from 6pm to 8pm if you wanna get yourself a feed. Pizzas will also be available all night. The show is free entry and the bands starts from 7pm.
