Looking for a way to relax, stretch, and feel better in your body? Join us for a gentle Hatha Yoga trial class — perfect for beginners and open to all fitness levels.

Whether you’re new to yoga or simply looking to ease back into movement, this one-hour session will help you reconnect with your body in a supportive and non-judgmental space.
