Join Grief and Death Doula Kimberly Jaeger-Arjes in a Restorative Yoga class that allows you to feel what you feel in a co-created, safe space. While improving body-mind awareness with the breath and restorative postures, this class will allow you to learn more about comfort and how to ease into experiences and not have to hold it all together. Come weave effort and ease into dream space of imagining and remembering. Come and be held.
